These sections explain the services RIBBIT provides, how the Terms are accepted, how estimates and payment authorization work, and what customers must provide.
Overview RIBBIT Mobile Auto Detailing provides professional mobile automotive cleaning, detailing, protection, restoration, and related vehicle appearance services (“Services”). Services may include interior detailing, exterior detailing, paint enhancement, ceramic coating, specialty treatments, maintenance programs, and other services offered by RIBBIT from time to time. RIBBIT provides appearance-care services intended to improve the cleanliness, presentation, and condition of vehicles. While we use professional equipment, products, and techniques, detailing services are not guaranteed to repair, restore, or eliminate all existing cosmetic imperfections, damage, wear, deterioration, stains, odors, or defects.
Terms By submitting a booking request, purchasing a service, accepting an estimate, approving work, providing access to your vehicle, or allowing RIBBIT personnel to perform services, you confirm that: – You are the vehicle owner or legally authorized to request services for the vehicle; – You have authority to agree to these Terms; – You authorize RIBBIT to perform the selected services; – You accept responsibility for payment of all approved charges. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and RIBBIT.
Estimates & Payment Authorization Appointments may be scheduled through RIBBIT’s website, booking platform, phone, text message, or other approved channels. Service prices are based on information provided by the customer, including vehicle type, condition, requested services, location, and applicable circumstances. Any estimate provided before inspection is an initial estimate only and may be adjusted if the vehicle condition materially differs from the information provided during booking. By booking a service, you authorize RIBBIT to charge the payment method provided for: – The selected service price; – Approved additional services; – Applicable taxes, fees, cancellation charges, or other amounts permitted under these Terms. Payment is due according to the terms presented during booking or at completion of service.
Responsibilities Customers must provide: – Accurate vehicle information; – Accurate contact information; – Safe and reasonable access to the vehicle; – A suitable service location; – Disclosure of any known issues, damage, modifications, or conditions affecting the vehicle. Customers must remove or secure valuable personal belongings before service begins. RIBBIT is not responsible for personal property left inside vehicles.
& Working Conditions Customers authorize RIBBIT personnel to access the vehicle as reasonably necessary to perform booked services. Customers authorize RIBBIT to: – Open doors, trunks, compartments, and other accessible areas; – Move seats and vehicle components as reasonably necessary; – Move the vehicle a short distance when reasonably required for safety, positioning, service completion, or operational purposes. RIBBIT will not operate vehicles except when reasonably necessary. The customer must ensure that the service location is safe, lawful, accessible, and suitable for mobile detailing operations. RIBBIT reserves the right to refuse, postpone, or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, hazardous, illegal, materially different from the booking description, or likely to cause damage to personnel, equipment, or the vehicle.
Inspection & Pre-Existing Conditions Customers acknowledge that vehicles may contain existing conditions that affect detailing results. These may include, but are not limited to: – Scratches, chips, dents, oxidation, fading, peeling paint, clear coat failure; – Stains, odors, mold, mildew, excessive wear, or deterioration; – Damaged trim, seals, leather, plastics, fabrics, or interior components; – Previous repairs or aftermarket modifications. RIBBIT is not responsible for damage, failure, discoloration, deterioration, or defects that existed before service. Customers release RIBBIT from claims arising from pre-existing conditions that are discovered, revealed, or affected during the detailing process.
Limitations & Cosmetic Results RIBBIT uses professional products and industry-standard methods; however, results vary depending on vehicle age, condition, materials, maintenance history, and prior treatments. Customers acknowledge that: – Detailing is not a repair service; – Existing damage may remain visible; – Certain stains, odors, scratches, imperfections, or defects may not be removable; – Older or delicate materials may respond unpredictably to cleaning or treatment. RIBBIT does not guarantee specific cosmetic outcomes unless expressly provided in writing.
Services & Additional Charges If additional work is required due to vehicle condition, customer request, or circumstances discovered during service, RIBBIT may notify the customer and request approval before performing additional chargeable work. Examples include, but are not limited to: – Excessive dirt, mud, pet hair, stains, or contamination; – Additional restoration requirements; – Oversized vehicles; – Specialty materials; – Additional labor requirements. If additional services are approved, the customer agrees to pay the applicable additional charges.
Rescheduling & No-Show Policy RIBBIT reserves appointment times, dispatches personnel, and allocates resources specifically for each customer appointment. Because mobile detailing appointments require scheduling, preparation, travel, and resource allocation, cancellations and missed appointments may result in fees. Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments; however, any cancellation made within twenty-four (24) hours of the scheduled appointment time will be subject to an $80 cancellation fee. If a customer fails to appear, fails to provide access to the vehicle, provides an incorrect location, or is otherwise unavailable at the scheduled appointment time (“No-Show”), the appointment will be considered missed and an $80 No-Show fee will apply. By booking an appointment with RIBBIT, the customer authorizes RIBBIT to charge any applicable cancellation or No-Show fees to the payment method provided during booking. RIBBIT may waive or adjust these fees at its sole discretion in exceptional circumstances; however, any waiver does not create an obligation to waive fees in future situations.
Inspection & Service Concerns Customers are encouraged to inspect their vehicle upon completion of service. Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported promptly, preferably within twenty-four (24) hours of completion. RIBBIT will make reasonable efforts to review legitimate concerns and determine an appropriate resolution. Failure to promptly report concerns may limit RIBBIT’s ability to investigate conditions that may have changed after service completion.
Sensors & Aftermarket Equipment Disclaimer Modern vehicles contain sensitive components and aftermarket accessories that may be affected by cleaning procedures, moisture, age, installation quality, or existing defects. RIBBIT is not responsible for issues involving: – Electronics; – Sensors; – Cameras; – Radar systems; – Dash cameras; – Audio equipment; – Custom modifications; – Vinyl wraps; – Paint protection film; – Ceramic coatings installed by third parties; – Fragile aftermarket accessories. Customers must disclose any known sensitivities, modifications, or special care requirements before service.

RIBBIT shall not be liable for: – Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; – Loss of vehicle use; – Loss of value; – Lost profits; – Personal property claims; – Pre-existing defects or conditions; – Issues outside RIBBIT’s reasonable control. By accepting services, the customer releases and holds harmless RIBBIT, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from claims arising from conditions disclosed in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
& Service Documentation RIBBIT may take photographs or videos before, during, and after service for: – Documentation of vehicle condition; – Quality control; – Customer service records; – Protection against inaccurate damage claims. Unless separately authorized, RIBBIT will not publicly use identifiable customer information or vehicle information for marketing purposes.
& Force Majeure RIBBIT may experience delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including: – Severe weather; – Traffic conditions; – Equipment failure; – Safety concerns; – Labor shortages; – Government restrictions; – Other unforeseen events. RIBBIT will make reasonable efforts to communicate delays and reschedule affected appointments. RIBBIT is not responsible for losses caused by delays resulting from such circumstances.

Membership benefits may include priority scheduling, discounted pricing, maintenance services, or other benefits described at enrollment. Promotions may have expiration dates, eligibility requirements, and limitations. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
Payment Disputes Because detailing services involve customized labor and vehicle-specific work, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Customers agree to contact RIBBIT first regarding any concern before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment reversals relating to properly provided services may be considered a breach of these Terms, and RIBBIT may provide documentation supporting the transaction.
Communications & Marketing Consent By providing a phone number, customers consent to receive communications from RIBBIT regarding appointments, reminders, service updates, promotions, and related information. Provisions If any provision of these Terms is determined unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable. RIBBIT’s failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement. These Terms, together with booking confirmations, estimates, and applicable policies, constitute the complete agreement between the customer and RIBBIT regarding services. RIBBIT reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the RIBBIT website.
